I have extensive banking experience with ANZ and NAB, in Australia, dealing with local and offshore exposures, across different industries and lending types, including bilateral, club, syndicated and securitised facilities. 

My experience giving evidence is broader than any currently active counterpart, and includes:

• Acting as an banking expert in more than thirty five matters and giving evidence in the Singapore International Commercial Court, Federal Court of Australia, and Victorian Supreme Court – each engagement including Joint Expert reports, and requiring concurrent (“hot-tub”) evidence.
• Representing NAB at at Parliamentary Inquiries including two Senate Inquiries, and two Parliamentary Joint Committee hearings.
• Appearing as a witness in a Liquidator’s public examination in the Federal Court.

I have provided banking expert reports for matters in the Federal Court of Australia; Singapore International Commercial Court; Queensland, Victorian & NSW Supreme Courts; NSW Land and Environment Court, Land Court of Queensland, the Victorian County Court, and VCAT.

I am a Fellow of, and External Relations Liaison for Australia for, the Asia Pacific Institute of Experts.  APIEx is a Singapore-based society spearheading the development of professional expertise in the field of expert evidence in the Asia Pacific region. Individual membership is restricted to practising experts with references from lawyers who have retained them as experts, and is also conditional upon completion of specialised training or review of (anonymised) work.
